Modify and rest as needed. 12 Reps: Alternating Reverse Lunge w/Front & Lateral Raise 40 secs: High knee w/reach (weights optional) 12 Reps: Single Arm Row (12 each arm) 40 secs: Squat jumps (weights optional) 12 Reps: Alternating Reverse Lunge w/Tricep Overhead Extension 10 Reps: Bicep pushup Shoulder Tap pushup Traditional Pushup 8 Jog in place (use a 4 count cadence = every 4 steps is 1 rep) 5 Squat Thrust 8 Jumping Jacks Repeat this cardio section 3x Start the routine from the top!
