Wednesday Workout Exercise From Deirdre! Variations on a basic Squat… Stand in a “Sumo Stance”……this is where your feet are wider apart and your toes are pointed outwards as an angle………still ensure that you are engaging your core and abdominals and squat as usual This will include more of your inner thigh (adductors), still ensure that you are pushing up through your heels and breathing out as you push up. You will feel a nice stretch in your inner thigh as you squat down….you should feel it so dont worry! Enjoy D
