Wednesday night i was asleep then its like my heart made a loud beat or like someone touched me ...my eyes were opened,i cudnt move..then my left index finger started to move so i went ahead with the feeling,next my astral body was pulled from my physical body and i floated up above my chest of drawer,and i heard all the bottles falling off..then i started to get fearful becaus i cudnt control what was happening..when i reached the ceiling i gt more afraid because i didnt knw how am gonna go through the ceiling but i went thru quickly and then i cud look down on my house-top ,goin far up so i was wondering how am i goin to get back if i shud wander off.....So i forced my mind to go to my bathroom and there i was but i was confused because night turned day and i saw my son and he was talking to another version of "me" and wasnt paying me any attention so i looked at myself in the mirror and the image started to bend ....moving as if ur looking at ur self in water......... I wish i cud learn a very easy way to AP
