Wednesdays Workout: Arms & Shoulders So this was my low rep arms and high rep shoulders day, having already hit high rep arms at the start of the week, low rep shoulders tomorrow ! A1 - Seated DB Hammer Curls 4 x 6 A2 - Dips 4 x 6 B1 - Straight bar Scott curls 3 x 8 B2 - Lying DB extension 3 x 8 C1 - Standing BB Press 4 x 10 D1 - Seated DB lat raise 3 x 12 E1 - Incline front raise 3 x 16 F1 - Rear cable flys 2 x 20 Next week is metabolic week and an almighty shock to my system with lots of lactic acid & anaerobic work !
