Though Im a guy, I cook alot and i do encounter some accidents in the process. There was a day i was boiling some water to cook and had to reduce the amount of water. So i just used a plate and scooped some of the already boiling water into a small bowl. A minute or two later i needed to quickly wash my hand and guess where i landed my hands- in the bowl! I was shocked immediately and then remembered that i had earlier poured the hot water there. There were cases where i nearly ripped my fingers by opening a tin tomato or while cutting vegetables and oh there was also a time when i was pounding some pepper and some of it flew up right into my eyes! All these usually happen when im in haste to get the food ready and be over with the whole thing.
