Week 1 complete of Insanity MAX:30! I was able to push myself a little further each day. I do a lot of low impact versions of the movements due to my back, ankle arthritis and some days Id rather just keep moving versus killing myself to put it bluntly! I love love love this workout!!! Oh yeah...and I dont use my kids as an excuse to not exercise. I attest if you include them, they will join you and have fun with you! Working out at home is a great example to your children and spouse. I go to the gym and live classes too!
