Week 14: Thursday And today a relaxing exercise for the lower abdominals – V roll-ups. But we will be also stretching our legs at the same time! As you’ve performed the warm-up with dynamic stretching and the previous three exercises of Week 14, sit down with your legs straight on the floor. Roll back on your back taking those legs behind your head, roll back up. And as you’re sitting, spread the legs and bend your torso forward as close to the floor as you can. Roll back again, and so on. Do 2 series, 30 seconds each. Try to keep those legs straight in knees all the time.
