Week 15: Monday This week we begin from toning our arms and shoulders (but the whole body works in this one) - the beast reach. First, do a short warm-up and some dynamic stretching. Then, get into the deep squat on your toes and bend forward, so that your chest is lying on your thighs. The arms are extended forward. Move the balance from your legs to the arms by straightening your knees. Go to the starting push-up position and let your arms go past the line of hands. Each time lift one of your legs and pull the bent knee close to the elbow. Go back to the starting position. Alternate the legs each time. Go for two series, 30 seconds each.
