Week 17 What an amazing week’s fishing; slightly less fish than last week: 24 in all, but a.big shift in fishing behaviour. With both chicks now fledged Glesni has become more active and caught 10 fish this week, compared to Monty’s 14, meaning she was responsible for almost 42% of the week’s catches. Interestingly, this week 8 of her catches have been Flounder. The total fish count is now 299, with 276 fish from Monty, 23 from Glesni, 18 of which have been Flounder. Last year Glesni caught 27 fish before she migrated and at her current rate she is likely to exceed that total very soon. (Vicky)
