Week 2 weigh-in not a success. Adding a personal trainer who had made me almost faint and vomit 2x has made me feel great/stronger and earned him the nickname "El Diablo" (I count this a success) but...I think I made up for the metabolism boost by eating too many calories from healthy carbs...(namely, fruit). Not falling off the wagon so easily. Time for some tweaks. see you next week for results. Challenging myself to stay on it with mom in town for a visit. :)
