Week 49 Its Transfers!! My Comp is going back to the Big City for the winter (i tried not to laugh) and i am going to remain here in Kitchener for the Holidays and my new comp is Elder Cox( he is rather new) This week was Amazing!! Jesus came to church!!!(the members kept saying to us that they needed to repent because they werent ready for his coming) He was really scared to be there because he doesnt do well in new situations, but we were able to bring an Awesome member with us during the week to teach him. He came to church and all of the members were very inviting and went out of there way to talk with him and get to know him. Our Branch president made every Family a personal Calendar with their name, so that they can all take the challenge from the Prophets of the Past to Read at least once and Pray twice each day for missionary moments and at the end of 30days we are promised to have more. So now we get to go and invite all of the members and the follow up regularly with them. It is really gettin cold in this part of the world. It snowed all week and in the last 12 hours we have received 4-5inches of snow. We got a Gift card instead of dinner from some members so we went to East Side Marios and it was super good!!!! We saw a Mountie!!! thats a big deal by the way!!! They are only here in Canada We also went to this place called Joeys Only Seafood. They have some of the Best Fish and Chips Ive ever had!! I have never seen half of a fish fried and breaded This is some info from my Mission President: “Christmas is a time of reflection on what we can become because of God’s sacred gift.
