Week # 5 Update...Good morning friends. This past week I worked on portion control on even healthy foods as well as upping my exercise. My results this week are 2 more pounds lost (for a total of 22 pounds). I have been especially impressed with the consistency of my lower blood sugar levels. I am now staying below 130, which is pretty darn good for me. Yesterday, I even had a reading of 101. That is the lowest I can ever remember my blood sugar being!! For those of you who are journeying along with me on weight loss/health improvement plans of your own, lets make this a good week! Thank you all again for your encouragement and support!
