Week 8 Day 3 Summer body challenge Chest Destroyer 10 9sec pushups (3sec down, 3sec hold, 3sec up) 10 9sec wide incline pushups 10 9sec decline close pushups 20 staggered pushups (switch stagger after 10 reps) 10 archer pushups 10 decline unlevel pushups(one hand on a ball or higher object, switch after half reps) 15 incline diamond pushups 5 clapping pushups or lift hands off ground 5 cycles or more with 20 sec between exercises and 1 min between cycles. Max intensity. If you do not need a break then do not take it. Drink water
