Week three of catching some kick ass flu!!! First two weeks I was down and out and lost 6kgs. End of week three and Im still 3kgs too light and the weights are no where near where they are meant to be but they are slowly feeling better. Ive dropped back four weeks in my training 5x5 back squat @160kgs hopefully I can jump back up fast #industrialathletic #nzlab #nuzest #mountcrossfit #crossfittauranga #virusnz #bayofplentybarbell
