My Revolutionary advice to All EFF branches / members that are to be launch or already been launched heading towards the Assemblies. While we are building formidable structures in all Nine Provinces and in all the wards of each Province or Branches, Here is what you must bear in mind until Assemblies per Thabo Kgeresi. When electing delegates apply rule number 2 and C,18 -24 of the EFF Guidelines if they will not change. E.g.Delegates who attend RCA, PPA and NPA must not be the same. If Prorata basis qualifies a branch for two delegates, it will help stop owls who will come, bribe and some buy delegates during the night by either means, especially members who are ideologically disadvantage or from resourceless branches. (Delegates Assemblies Elections) 2 * Delegates = RCA (only) 2 * Delegates = PPA (only) 2 * Delegates = NPA (only) 1 Branch will have = +6 Delegates who are going to attend one Assembly each for elections of our high Command Teams of our Revolutionary Ranks. At each Assembly, e.g. RCA - NPA, ensure the adoption of a rule that enforce anyone contesting that his/her name must be raised from the branch S/HE is coming from or joint, not by another branch that s/he is not resident at and of which s/he might had sponsored and bought. This will avoid other fighters with no branch or never belong to any branch to parachute to leadership because they will not be nominated by any branch they are not residing at, (they will be embarrassed) and also would not be nominated without track record from their own branches. NB:( A Commissar nominating any name must tell the Assembly, His/her name, Province, Region, ward or name of the branch before his/her nomination is taken or captured. And the nominated name/Commissar also must do the same confirm if he comes from the nominator branch as follows (his/her name, Province, Region, ward and or branch name) to check if the nominator and nominee branch correspond, and the rest can follow if the nominee and nominator info support each other). This method or process must BE applied before the elections of RCT, PCT and CCT in all Assemblies. Failing which, dont be surprise if leadership in various structures of the nine provinces and Central Command Team might be leading by friends of friends members, either from previous and or other former parties. We will ran a risk of failure or otherwise the EFF will be led by people whom have been called yesterday to join and lead you without did nothing, like we have seen it happening in many parties, EFF is not exception. Once these criterion is followed properly, we are rest assured that Commissars from our real branches will lead the Revolution towards Economic Emancipation of our people in our lifetime with commitment like after 26-27 July 2013. We cannot allow someone who failed to lead or help his/her dysfunctional branch to lead on more Responsibilities in higher structures. We want tried and tested Commissars of EFF from their own branches who have swim with the whales and sharks since the formation of this titanic, not those who came yesterday while the red beret is fashionable and never experience the danger of wearing our regalia when it was tough. Remember our fighters who were attacked and killed during our struggle, names we were called, (where were they ? ), we cannot compromise their selfless and fearless we went through with new brooms that have never been tested while the soil was rough. Now that the soil is fertile anyone want to take front seats, IT CANNOT BE CORRECT! ( Youth Command ex offio = ? * ? ) (National War Council = 1 * 9 elected in each Provincial Assemblies to oversee the work of PCTs n CCT. They are Advisory Council with limited powers to CCT, but can Attend Provinces Matters) This is for only one term (5 years) 1 to 3 Provinces has to be selected, or elected and voted for to be ready to bring Presidents,
