Weekend Rides 29th/30th November Saturday Simon Couzens will lead the Saturday ride this week. Meet 9am at Winchmore Hill Station for a 2 to 2 1/2 hour jaunt round the Herts Lanes, steady ride for everyone. Also on Saturday a good few of us are going to watch the World Cup Cyclocross miltonkeynesworldcupx/shop/ this will be a great event to go to to spectate, with all the leading cyclocross stars from around the world competing there. There will be tickets on the door, so if you fancy it give me a shout. Sunday Road This week we will be heading South into The Surrey Countryside with Joe Peake and Benjamin Maggs leading the ride. First meet 8.30 am Regents Park Zoo, Second pick up Rohampton Gate, Richmond Park 9.10 am. A steady ride for all. Everyone will be looked after and nobody left behind. The ride will be about 60 miles including a stop half way. Off Road Mark Henderson and Myself will be leading a long off road ride into the Herts Tracks, Trails and Woods. This will be a great opportunity to get a great workout away from roads in some beautiful countryside. We will be doing a good 4hrs or so including a coffee stop. Any off road bike suitable, cross bike, mountain bike or hybrid with decent tyers. So if you have ever thought of it, come and give it a go and discover the joys of mud wallowing !
