Weekly Challenge #221 Plus 1, Minus 1 - Challenge yourself to add one more healthy living habit to your week, and shed one unhealthy element from your week. Whether or not the changes carry past this week isnt the goal, but more to highlight how much of your life is within your control. Empower yourself! & Alternating Plank Extensions - Amp up your planks with this variation. Start with a plank on your hands and toes (forearms work too). In a controlled and steady movement, extend your left hand forward parallel to the ground while extending your right leg slightly above the ground. Hold for 1-3 seconds prior to returning to the original position and alternate sides. 3 30-second sets will definitely fit into your busy schedule!
