Weekly Diet Update: This week I lost either 1 1/2 or 2 lbs. Not quite sure as the scale says both. However, it does put me over the milestone 50 lbs I was hoping for last week. A sweater I couldnt wear last spring now hangs down to my thighs. I can now get into ALL of my size 6 jeans and even one pair of 5 /6. A coworker is now helping me tone some areas that are needed. The full results of my medical tests came in this week from last Thursday. Everything from calcium to vitamin levels to thyroid to blood sugar is perfect except for cholesterol which is very slightly elevated which the doctor noted is very common for dieters and isnt, at this time, a concern. He would like it rechecked in six months but doesnt expect problems. Any fears that people have that I am not dieting in a healthy way can be put to rest. I am in great health. Total weight loss so far: 50.5 to 51 lbs.
