Weekly Prenatal drop-in class: Mondays 7:30-8:30pm with Dina Abbondante | Integrative Yoga & Bodywork at Down Under Yoga Prenatal Yoga classes assist women as they connect more deeply to their bodies and to their babies, and prepare for birth and motherhood. Classes foster community with fellow mothers, and offer information about laboring positions, at-home stretches for common tension areas, and safe yoga practices for special conditions. Prenatal Yoga sequences encourage a balance between stretching and strengthening postures, supportive breathing practices, and relaxation techniques for each trimester. All levels of experience are welcome to attend.
