Weekly Roadwork Report – TxDOT Atlanta District For Aug. 18-24, 2013 Bowie County IH 30 – Near Hooks, constructing new frontage roads. IH 30 – Between Hooks and the Arkansas State Line, resurfacing pavement. Traffic restricted to one lane. Expect traffic delays. US 59 – At IH 30 interchange, constructing barrier wall. Traffic restricted to one lane. US 59 – At FM 989 (Kings Highway), reconstructing intersection replacing asphalt pavement with concrete. Traffic restricted to one lane each direction. Expect traffic delays. FM 2240 (Moores Lane) – in Texarkana between FM 559 (Richmond Road) and FM 1397 (Summerhill Road), widening roadway to add continuous left-turn lane. Expect traffic delays. US 259 – Between DeKalb and the Oklahoma State Line, widening roadway. Camp County None Cass County US 59 – From south of FM 2148 in Bowie County to south of FM 3129 in Cass County, constructing new overpass at FM 3129 and concrete overlay on southbound lanes of US 59. Traffic restricted to one lane each direction. SH 77 – From west of Powell Creek to SH 8 in Douglassville, adding shoulders. Harrison County IH 20 – From Eight Mile Creek to 0.5 mile west of US 80, concrete pavement repair and resurfacing. Traffic restricted to one lane near construction zones. Expect traffic delays. IH 20 – Westbound lanes only from 0.5 mile west of US 80 to Louisiana State Line, resurfacing of roadway. Traffic restricted to one lane near construction zones. Expect traffic delays. IH 20 – At FM 31 overpass, repairing beams and columns. IH 20 – Lansing Switch Road overpass, repairing beam and sealing bridge joints. US 80 – At Cider Lane in Hallsville, constructing left-turn lane. FM 134 – From FM 1999 to US 80, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. FM 134 – From FM 2682 to Marion County Line, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. FM 1793 – From FM 134 to US 59, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. FM 3001 – From 1997 to Marion County Line, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. Marion County FM 3001 – From FM 726 to Harrison County Line, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. FM 726 – From 2.7 miles west of FM 729 to FM 729, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. FM 728 – From 3.6 miles north of SH 49 to SH 49, seal coat resurfacing of roadway. Morris County US 259 – From US 67 to south of IH 30, widening shoulders and resurfacing. Panola County None Titus County US 271 – At US 67 west of Mt. Pleasant and at FM 3417 south of Mt. Pleasant, constructing new bypass around town. Traffic restricted to one lane each direction. Upshur County US 259 – From FM 450 to FM 726, pavement repairs and resurfacing of roadway.
