Weekly inspiration from Ann Wilson, Leader: Good Cold Monday Morning (Spring, Where Did You Go?), Want to know the “Satisfaction Secret”? Do you really think I’d tell all here in this update? Well…maybe later. Meanwhile, let’s look back at last week. We embraced our monthly Routine “Is This Worth the PointsPlus Values?” We know now that the choices we make each and every time we’re faced with an indulgence will affect our success at the scale and, we’ve taken ownership of those decisions. So, what did you do differently because of our discussion last week? We’ll share our successes and challenges and we’ll celebrate both of these in the meeting room, because recognizing our accomplishments gives us emotional satisfaction. And then we’ll talk about how we can have physical satisfaction by including foods that will ensure we face our temptations with a satisfied tummy. Remember the Satisfaction Secret I mentioned earlier? It’s simple: Fiber. Think you’re eating enough fiber? Think you aren’t eating enough fiber? Think it doesn’t matter?
