Wegmans customers who purchased the recalled products between June 1 and July 20, should throw the item out and then visit the Service Desk at your local store for a full refund. I am sure if you purchased any of these items you would have already eaten them! What is most disturbing is the recall is for both organic and non-organic. Reason is the fruits tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes which is found in soil and water. Vegetables can become contaminated from the soil or from manure used as fertilizer.
