Weight Loss FYI: There is No magic pill, No magic shake, No magic wrap, No magic workout and No magic surgery!!! A healthy Weight Loss requires 80% healthy eating combined with 20% exercise. All exercise program WORKS, you just have to GET OFF YOUR COUCH AND DO IT! As for the surgeries, there are several available, but let me tell you its NOT the easy way out. Those people need to eat very healthy and exercise afterward to lose and keep the weight off. As well, loosing weight drastically, such as following any strict programs and promising 30 days fixes, etc... will only get you to gain back the weight you lost, plus more. Starving your body for several weeks and then eating like a pig for several more IS NOT HEALTHY AT ALL! STOP DIETING!! Eat healthy, find a good workout that you love and the pounds will gradually come off.
