Weight Loss community Beginning Sunday it has all been about food combination rather than diet. I have always known about and thought I followed good food combinations but no, there were some major mistakes. I have updated my research. I knew not to eat bread with other foods and still did it, the one I was surprised about was not to have nuts and fruit together as I have always done that. The sugar and carbohydrate combination is not good for the digestion at all. Also avocado should be eaten as a fruit. For example avocado and banana with a citrus is a great meal. Also I have had to up my protein. Day one was totally fruit to help clean the digestive system. Now I am focusing on monomeals meaning one is fruit then 3 hours later is the vegetable and carb or the vegetable an protein. The is the start of day 3 and I feel fantastic.
