Weight is back down to the 170s already with my boots on and heavy wallet in my pocket (haha). I got back up to the 190s for a while. Im doing the 60lb dumbells for my curl to overhead press sets (doing a set of curls, then on the last rep switching to a set of overhead presses) with relative ease. Can even use the 70lb ones fairly well, but have mainly been laying them on the ground to get more range on push-ups. Im sure carrying groceries the distance I do (the weight of milk gallons, and 12 packs of Pepsi can add up) has contributed both to the strength gain and weight loss and I believe caffeine consumption has also helped. If you work out while consuming caffeine it increases the amount of testosterone (at least for males) however if you are inactive while consuming it it will increase your amount of cortisol (probably spelled wrong), the stress hormone.
