Weight loss is a roller coaster it can be hard , it can be easy, it can be fast , it can be slow. I write programs and plans for people every single day some will stick to it, some will stick to it for a little bit and then jump if things become to hard or progress stalls, some wont follow it . When it comes to weightloss you have to have patience give your body a chance to adjust weight will not fall off you in a week....did the weight go there in a week?? Stick with the plan any progress is progress . I had a baby 9 months ago and Im still working towards my ideal body ...trust the process and dont jump for quick fixes or the diet that promises you to lose a stone in 10 days or drink 3 shakes and lose 5 lbs oh and the new one raspberry ketones these are utter garbage weight loss thats fast is weight loss that wont last. Pleeeeease dont be fooled and keep reaching for the next quick fix. Your body needs fuel to run just like a car needs petrol. Stop searching and continue focusing on feeding your body nutritious foods if weight loss isnt occurring perhaps your portion size is to generous or your not counting the little things.
