Weighted Bench Dips are a great way to finish off a triceps. They are a blood volume exercise. Shawna is doing an extended set with three drops. She does 8 reps with a 45lbs plate and a 35lbs plate on her legs then I pull the 45lbs plate and she does 10 reps with the 35 lbs plate. Next I pull the 35 lbs plate off of her legs following another 10 reps with the final rep having a 5 sec. iso. hold. Blood volume training is a great way to make you leaner.
