Thats why most people would rather do db flyes with yellow and blue rubber coated dumb-bells, and try to impress everyone talking about the wicked burn they got from their routine they copied out of Mens Fitness. This man never had the bulked/cutting routine. He eats sensibly and healthy. ..always. Lifts heavy. Thats why he is shredded to the bone all year round, can outlift most hugebodybuilders, and will stay that way decades after the bulked up bros develop their illnesses (eating 6 times a day yeah....).
