Weighted pullups are one of my favorite back exercises--right up there with deads and barbell rows. If you get strong on just those 3 exercises, youre going to build an impressive back! I like to do the weighted pullups last and really give them everything Ive got left. I usually stick to the 4-6 rep range when doing weighted but sometimes find bursts of energy that get me to 8, haha. I was toasted today after going up in weight on both my deads and rows but still managed to get a few solid sets of 5-6.
