Weightloss Hacks Day#19: Easy VEGETABLE Cooking Tip We know we need veggies but somehow that doesnt always help us get around to cooking them before they rot in the fridge. Heres a way to make it easier to get those veggies in your mouth... #1: Buy washed and chopped veggies. #2: Roast them in the oven in less than 15 minutes (say while you shower). #3: Dont forget the seasoning if you struggle to enjoy veggies. One of my favorite ways to season green vegetables is with olive oil, garlic, lemon, and sea salt. Do you have a veggie cooking time saving tip to share?
