Weights and Form! Do you think the heavier the weight the more effective workout you are getting on the muscle being worked? Do you think your muscle struggling to perform the move is effective work? Sorry, it just is not so! If your weight is so heavy that you cant fully execute the move because your muscle isnt able to hold the weight plus push to full execution, you are NOT effectively working that muscle ... which means you wont get the results that you want! Sure you muscle quakes with those heavy weights ... but it is NOT an effective quake! (BTW: An effective quake is a tired muscle quake ... and NOT the quaking of a muscle working to execute a move!) It isnt the poundage of your weight that gets you the results that you want!!! It is using a weight that allows you to perform the move correctly and completely!
