Weird night last night. I have a deep sore on my nose from my face mask. Reluctantly I agreed to give it time to heal knowing sleep would suffer. So I used my nose pillows and a chin strap to keep my yap shut. Well the nose pillows worked well but the chin strap could never stop me from getting dry mouth. Painful it woke me up three times. Awake I closed my mouth to generate saliva and quell the pain. What I got was 2 hours of sticky saliva each time, and lots of it! My chin strap made it physically impossible to swallow . Worried I would drown in saliva I did the only thing I could, I slowly and carefully pursed my lips and forced the saliva onto my face, 2hours at a time! I stayed calm as it ran over my face, ears and neck. Eww but I was alive! Honestly as it was happening all I could think is, one day closer to a good sleep
