Welcome Back! Welcome back from the Wards! We hope you had a great summer break with a healthy dose of rest and relaxation. Last week we took a wonderful vacation to New York City where we enjoyed all the sites of that city-the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, 9/11 Museum, Today Show, Stardust Diner and a Broadway Musical-to name a few. This week we are going to lay low and enjoy some quality time with our family and friends. Then, on August 3rd, we will be back with you ready to kick off our Fall worship and ministry experience! I will preach a postlude to my summer sermon series, The Voyage, called Bon Voyage where we will consider what a voyage into the deep waters of faith and life may look like and how we can achieve a good one together. Next, through August and most of September, we will examine the parables of Jesus in a sermon series called The Kingdom of God.Com. In this series, we will look at how seven of Jesus’ most important parables, spoken thousands of years ago, still address and call us to action today.
