Welcome Back and ANZAC Assembly This morning we held an ANZAC Day assembly as a school, remembering the sacrifice made by so many on our behalf. We talked about sacrifice, read some poems, sang Waltzing Matilda and the National Anthem, watched a video, and listened to the Last Post. Our children were, as always, respectful and good listeners, despite the plethora of stories they wanted to share with their friends! It was lovely to welcome our wonderful students back, some a little taller, some without a tooth or two, and all having enjoyed their holiday. We also welcomed three new students, one each in Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3.
