Welcome Speech by the CEO : My Dear Call Center Agents,Team Leaders, Managers, Administration Team and most specially our esteemed guest Congressman Tommy Osmena Good Evening and Welcome. We are delighted to have you here to participate and share in the 8th annual Appreciation Day and Christmas party .Thank you all for coming. That many of you travel long distances and did all the preparation for this evening serves to remind us all just how important our work is. Support BPO Inc is committed to its clients and to its employees . To deliver best performance for our clients and to give job and subsequently raise the quality of life for our employees and their family . We want our clients to know that Cebu is the best call center destination and Filipinos can also provide world class service. Our task is to make it possible. Our mission is to provide practical, step by step assistance, increase in sales and profitability of our clients. Tonight` event is to number 1) Celebrate the Christmas Season, the season of giving and forgiving. Give what you can to others. Giving is not only for material things. Give each other your smile or Give each other a hug , These are priceless. Its a season of forgiving, It is unavoidable that there could be some tension in the workplace, acknowledge that we have a common goal and that is to help the company create footprint for Cebu. Forgive those whoever have shortcomings because there is no better feeling than someone who have a clean heart. Number 2 reason to celebrate tonights event is to Honor those special employees. Employees with great performance that exceeds expectation, employees who have been loyal to the company right from the start and lastly Employees who have unquestionable character. Thanks to our good Shift Manager, Ms Nanette Garong We are in the track of ending the year with a great bang! Kudos! Give her a big warm applause. Thanks to our Senior Team leader and Project Managers Jaymar Capitoc , Roxanne Ocier and Sheila larubis for taking charge of their individual accounts and clients needs. A warm applause is in order. Thank you to our very empathetic Team leaders for keeping the team together and working hand in hand to achieve the team goal. A big applause for them as well.Thank you to the administration team and to our Human Resource AaronRoca for keeping everything in order. Kudos and a warm applause for them too. Thank you to our IT Team Leo Barcenas, Steven Erickson and Ana Rhine for taking charge of technology. Lets clap our hands for them too. Thank you to my right hand, my liason officer Mr Walter Manatad for working tirelessly day and night to finish the construction of our new home our new Building. A big and warm applause for him too! Support BPO Incorporated since our inception 8 yrs ago , Our goal is to be the leading homegrown call center in Cebu. That goal, is as pertinent today as it was then. Its a goal I know we all share - the full development of this company and As your CEO, I recognize our core values as the foundation of fulfilling our goal. We are honored to have Congressman Tommy Osmena with us today. An esteemed politician who have place Cebu in the map , he helped in bringing BPO and call center projects to Cebu.Being in politics since the 1990s with so many accomplishments including the SRP project.His efforts need no introduction. The results speak for themselves. Prepare yourself to be challenged, excited and inspired.
