Welcome, families, friends, and staff of the graduation program of 2014. Thank you for playing a role in this journey to success on this special day. For some of us, it wasnt easy to rush after work to make it here every Thursday night... but Im happy to say that weve made it! Together, we have finally achieved a very important goal, and that was becoming more knowledgeable about our childrens scholarly decisions at school. I cannot express how thankful I am for having the Hispanic community come out and represent themselves with pride, because I know that if it wasnt for the wonderful parents that attended this program, we wouldnt have gotten this crucial information to help guide our children through their endeavors. PIQE has given us the support and now it is our turn to pass it on to our children, doing so will not only make them more aware, but enhance their desire to learn. Our job is to reassure them that they can always count on us. Today we are becoming educational advocates. We are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream. On behalf of all the PIQE alumni, we would like to thank Mr. Littlefield for this opportunity; we have embraced it with the utmost gratitude, and to Carlos Ceballos; for his preaching, patience, guidance and sincerity.
