Thank you, too, for giving us an opportunity to celebrate. Woohoo! Tried the rebranded Pidoks (of Delumbar BBQ fame) now serving Capampangan dishes and other Filipino favorites. Their bamboo rice is a complete meal with pork, chicken, and seafood and was served with an organized clap and cheer intro by F&B service staff. Also had Kilayin Babi (pork loin and liver stewed in vinegar and spices), imbao soup (so sweet), Bicol Express (crunchy), tortang talong and bihon guisado (another complete meal). For panghimagas, tried their cream suman (pamatay suman with mango covered with melted ice cream), maja blanca, and leche flan. Salamat again, Amy, for this Zumba recovery activity.
