Welcome to Friday - Its 3am and Im up and wide awake - today were testing a new visualization hardware platform at work thats based on the ideas I use for the clustering software I write for uni. If it works - and I expect it will - Ill be floating on air the next month. No its not a big shift at work, I dare say we wont do it again, it may just end up a mega powerful workstation for someone.. However Im just so thrilled to have the chance :) The research software is getting its visualizations - its really cool. The processing is based on how your eyes solve problems - so the visual representation of it working should make sense when you watch it :) Up until now its been line output and object debugging - Im fascinated to see how it looks. Debbys back from Queensland - we miss her when shes not around - this time the dogs attached to me more than usual and it took 3 days for little Wednesday the Pug to forgive Debby for leaving :) Johns had a few health bumps these weeks - the first indications he might actually suffer from my sinus trouble. Poor little guy isnt sure whats happening and then he zonks out :(
