Welcome to Friday friends of EYEC & Jumah Mubarak! our toddlers were given the opportunity to begin their Morning outdoors, the toddlers participated in a variety of outdoor activities such as the obstacle course, hopscotch, balance beams, large and small balls, hide and seek, whats the time mr wolf, cars, tricycles and Number and Alphabet soft blocks. The children interacted positively with their friends throughout the whole experience. the toddlers were then given the opportunity to enhance on their sensory skills ina shaving creme experience, the toddlers laughed as they created various shapes on the table. The educator added the colour red and the children laughed. Salah said look teacher, RED the educator smiled and praised Salah for recognising his colours! The toddlers were then given the opportunity to enhance on their language skills in a group time with Miss Mounefa, the toddlers began by singing a variety of nursery rhyme such as baa baa black sheep, the good morning song, days of the week, if youre happy and you know it, hot potato, my body makes music, 3 jelly fish, th 5 little ducks, the 5 cheeky monkeys, heads and shoulders, knees and toes, 5 fat sausages, i can see a rainbow, leo the lion and here is a bee hive. the toddlers were then given the opportunity to listen to a book called Chicken Licken. The toddlers were then given the opportunity to participate in imaginative play, the toddlers sat on the table and began using plastic bowls, pans, spoons, foods, fruit, vegetables and desserts to create various meals such as rice, pizza and jelly! we had a very fun time here in the Toddler room, we look forward to seeing all Our wonderful friends again soon!
