Welcome to Islamabad, Kitchen Garden, Garden and Herbal club. Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh ! One of the most delightful things about gardening is the freemasonry it gives with other gardeners and the interest and pleasure all gardeners get by visiting other peoples gardens. We all have a lot to learn and in every new garden there is a chance of finding inspiration - new flowers, different arrangement or fresh treatment for old subjects. Even if it is a garden you know by heart there are twelve months in the year and every month means a different garden and the discovery of things unexpected all the rest of the year. - Margery Fish. The purpose Kitchen Garden, Garden and Herbal Club Islamabad is to promote the knowledge and love of gardening by providing education and activities in the areas of conservation and horticulture. To share the advantages of association by means of educational meetings, correspondence courses, and to restore, improve, and protect the quality of the environment. ; To stimulate an interest in public plantings and to help maintain our own gardens. Virtual garden club for everyone growing their own food, flowers or herbs. It’s a fun club. There are no rules. You are welcome to post, paste link, share, upload and information as long as its garden and healthy eating related. We’d love to see what you’re growing. Our monthly meetings consist of exchange of views, exchange of plant, seeds and knowledge. We are an informal club but we are enthusiastic and very friendly. Many of our members are keen gardeners and we are keen to expand our program of events and therefore welcome new members and new ideas. So if you have a passion for flowers and gardens, even if you dont have a garden come along and join our gardening club. You will be made most welcome, gain wonderful tips, meet new friends for a chat and a cup of tea.
