Welcome to Marketing Monday! Xtreme Carpet Cleaning is an Extreme JOKE! By looks of the carpet....I requested a full refund or to have them reclean (for real this time)..... Xtreme gave me a partial refund and MUCH attitude and went as far as to say that I must of had people tracking dirt in. The reality is we wore booties and the dirt just reappeared shortly after being cleaned. Needless to say....Me,God, TD Jakes and the Rug Dr. got busy wit it yesterday and to my Extreme Surprise 3buckets of this FILTH came up!!! I wonder if Xtreme treats all their customers this way or just BLACK WOMEN with expensive taste..... I see a trend of overcharging and underserving the BLACK SUCCESSFUL WOMAN..... For instance if I need my yard cut....they look at my car and JACK the price up! Bull$$$$ Crap! How bout I make it EXTREMELY my business to report Xtreme Carpet Cleaning to the Attorney General and the BBB. So much for hired help! YO! Sometimes ya gatta just do it Yoself!
