Welcome to a definition of relativistic mechanics better known as Physics. I failed high school physics the first time. The reason I failed the class is because I was told it was theoretical. I could not understand why we had to accept the theories expounded instead of exploring options. Shame on me for thinking school was as much about learning as it was about exploring. I guess I used the wrong theory. To me this is common sense. I have known and understood this model since I was a child and I never learned this in school. The universe is like a five way intersection in every direction possible. Everything in the universe is moving. Even objects that appear to be standing still are moving. Thus, from your perspective the sky is moving when in fact everything is moving. Currently the space ship you are on has geospatial gravity control turned on. Be happy about that and try to enjoy the ride and dont be a parasite.
