Welcome to the Inner Space Vlog ;) This vlogs theme of Casting a light on our shadows, deep in the roots of ourselves! Is a theme thats always with us, but is particularly intense at this time! So great opportunities to dig deep in the roots of our collective and individual Psyche, uncovering some things we really dont like about ourselves or others! The opportunity, is to let go of our resistance to these parts of ourselves and others, through the power of acceptance ;) This naturally creates a flexible boundary, that frees up a lot of Emotional, Psychic and Physical energy, that can now be used to support us, in moving beyond our limitations of what we are resisting and forcing into shadow! We are now free to move beyond our limitations in ourselves and others, with an enjoyable solution based focus ;) Affirmation: I hear the call of freedom, awakening in my shadows. My honesty, self love and acceptance, go deep rooted, not shallow! Deep in the roots, of my heart felt belonging. I find my soul love expressing and letting go of the longing.
