Welcome to the disgustingly dilapidated excuse for a parking lot! if you need a place to take your pregnant wife to get her labour going, look no further! Apartments at 753 Suzanne range from $900-1100 a month + hydro... With 81 apartments thats about $81,000 a month, give or take. but can the landlord afford to fix this horrendous parking lot? Nope!!!! Its no wonder tenants have car trouble! The landlord was fined last year for the condition it is in and for the lack of upkeep. Dont the tenants deserve a safe place to park their vehicle? The only time the landlord, Mario Morrison, makes himself available is when its time to collect his rent, god forbid you are late a day, he will track you down!
