Welcome to the fall, We are finalizing our 2013/2014 BTC - TopicsExpress

Welcome to the fall, We are finalizing our 2013/2014 BTC schedule. We are doing things a little different this year and are setting up two different training focuses over the next 10 weeks. 1.) Our 6PM class will be focused on Advanced Indoor Cycling Techniques and Fitness. This will be a variety of Sufferfest videos and ERG Videos focusing in on Zone 4/5/6 training. For those looking to race criteriums and road racing in the Spring, this is the workouts for you. 2.) Our 8PM class is focused on preparing for tris and time trials using the KyleCoaching training plan for Indoor cycling for Triathletes and Time Trial Specialists. This will have a lot of LT/FTP work (Zone 4) with a mixture of hill climb techniques. We will use our ERG videos as the primary tool with a few Sufferfest videos like Hell Hath No Fury thrown in there. Each week we will have a few classes that are open as far as training focus. It will be up to the riders to determine what they would like to accomplish on that night. Friday nights are Movie nights. The flick starts around 7 and run till 9. This session is free for the riders. We are just gonna pedal and enjoy the company and the flick. As much as possible, the theme will be sports, with cycling taking the top step on the movie podium. Saturday / Sunday - if the weather has gone to crap, meaning that it is currently raining/sleeting/snowing, I will send out an email Friday saying that the BTC is open. We will probably do an 1.5 to 2 hour BTC session starting at 9 AM. Wheres the schedule? For those that have signed up for the schedule before it is still on Google docs and can be reached through the KyleCoaching website. Goto kylecoaching click on Members and BTC Schedule. If you do not have access, just email me and I will add you to the shared list. What about BTC update emails? This year we are going to transition to using the Google Groups as our ONLY email distribution, so you will have to go to https://groups.google/forum/#!forum/kylecoaching and sign-up. After this email we will begin using the Google Groups as our main BTC Notification (like is it going to be open on Saturday). Billing? We are going to use the same method as last year, each night after a session we will add you to the billing book and at the end of the month I will send out a PayPal Invoice for the entire previous month. Cost? We have been asked about pricing structure, monthly, discount, etc. CompuTrainer session pricing: 1.) From the 1st to the 31st of the month, these do not roll over 1-4 sessions: $25 each 5-9 sessions: all sessions for the month are $20 each 10+ sessions: first 9 are $20 and all those afterward are $15 each 2.) Family discount: Since I only send one bill to the family per month, all sessions are counted together. 3.) Dont think that you can make it 5 times in a month? We are offering a 6 pack for $125. These are good for the entire training period and must be purchased prior to usage. Plans? What to have the plans even if you cant make it to the BTC?? Both 10 week Plans that will be used in the BTC can be purchased through the KyleCoaching portal on TrainingPeaks, home.trainingpeaks/affiliates/store/plans/plan-author.aspx?c=7V72JH5UZLGP6 If you would like to purchase one of these plans use the code BTC for 50% discount. You must have Sufferfest videos to get the most out of our training plan. If you are going to be coming to the BTC during the week, each of your workouts is what we will be doing. We are excited to open the BTC, hope to see you soon. Chuck You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups KyleCoaching group.
