Welcome to the new members of Freecycle Perth (Western Australia), please make sure you read the following. This is a place where people want to either recycle unwanted items or old items that they no longer need and want somewhere to list for free. After some recent actions of people banned from the group we are making a clarification of the rules. It has been decided overall that this is not a place for items to be listed for sale however if any members are looking to buy that is fine within reason. This is a place to be respectful of each other and there are more important things in the world than getting hung up about forgetting to say please and thank you. Do not be disrespectful of each other, its unnecessary, the admins all run businesses and we all donate our time to the group, just make our lives easier by getting along. Advertising of animals on this page is not condoned even if being given away for free. Admin are happy to direct you to the right page as there are many Facebook pages designed specifically for re-homing. You will be banned. Users that abuse this forum by spamming, selling, advertising some get rich quick schemes will be banned. If you have computer cables you dont need? Or you need a monitor and want to see if somebody is getting rid of theirs? This is the place to be. Update: Please note if you do not live in Perth, Western Australia or Surrounds, you will NOT be approved as a member. If you are found out to be re-selling items that you have received through Freecycle Perth, you will be removed & banned from the group. List what you want, and list what you have to give away.
