Welcome to the new normal. 88% of all Jobs created in 2013 have been part time. With Obamacare rolling into full effect this will only get worse. Food stamp participation has doubled since 2008, and there are more Americans in poverty today than in 1964 when then President Lyndon B. Johnson declared a war on poverty in his State of the Union address. While Texas is not immune from the effects of Obamacare and this Presidents policies. Due to our business environment we have enjoyed better averages with job creation and more meaningful full time work. I will work hard to keep Texas working, and working full time.
