Welcome to the world Leah Maeve Rossi-Schwartz born Tuesday May 27th at 10:20pm. I would have posted this earlier, but after prolonged labor, Michele had to have a C-section, so Michele and I didnt get to bed until about 3am this morning (Wed May 28th). the good news is that Michele gave birth to a healthy 8 lb girl last night (Tues May 27th) at 10:20pm. Mom and baby are doing well...and resting and recovering and bonding. Havent had chance to take photos of mom and baby yet... and with my being a techo-peasant may take a while to post them... So at least I violate the Facebook function of posting pictures of babies and cats (well have an appropriate picture of Leah with our cat Silas in the future, too!). Sorry for impersonal way of letting the world know..but I havent even called the health insurance company to let them know of Leahs existence..only in the US does one have to do that (if fortunate enough to have good insurance, which most do not!).
