Welcomed Shania Compton to WSD this afternoon. Spent the class going over the Hands Off form and breaking it down to the most obvious self defence techniques contained within it. Also showed the advanced girls, who all do Zen Do Kai as well, where the same techniques are contained within their katas. A good learning curve this arvo. Muay Thai class was taken by Lindsay Martin, who did an excellent job of warming the students up with preliminaries, then, when running the pad drills, broke each drill down with a concise explanation. Really well done today Lindz. Finished with some sparring, which is always enjoyable.....
