Welfare and taxes. The government is the people. All of us are the government. So when the government helps the poor people that is us, all of us, helping the poor people. By the way, the government helps corporations and the 1% at a rate of twice as much as what we give to the poor. Corporations that dont pay taxes, and the super wealthy who pay at a tax rate much lower than working class people, are the real takers. Companies that pay slave wages like Walmart and McDonalds rely on the government to make up part of their payroll with welfare for their employees. I dont like paying for handouts to the richest sector of our country. It wasnt poor people who crashed the economy, who sent jobs overseas, or hide their money in the Cayman Islands to avoid paying taxes.. Thx Randy Evelyn
